Shipping & Returns



At this time we are only shipping within the US through USPS Priority Mail. Additional countries and shipping methods will be added soon. We currently offer Flat Rate Shipping based on the weight of your order. 

Orders over $1000 qualify for free shipping. 



Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from purchase date/email confirmation of purchase.      

If you have created an account through the website you can log in and process your return this way. Otherwise please follow these instructions. 


  • After 30 days the sale is FINAL.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed*.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • ALL SALE items are final sale and may not be returned/ exchanged.
  • Web purchase can be returned for store credit or credit card refund.



Once the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
